Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy allows for the return of products within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are unopened and in their original packaging with the security seal/sticker intact. This policy excludes specially ordered items, licenses, and extended warranties.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you believe that your item has developed a fault, please fill out our return form. All faulty repairs and replacements will be handled by the local distributor/service agent and will be repaired or replaced under warranty. In many cases, warranty claims for our products are handled directly by the manufacturer. If we handle the warranty process, you may need to contact the manufacturer’s support line to troubleshoot and obtain a case number for authorizing a return. You are responsible for the return of faulty items, unless the manufacturer’s warranty offers a collection or on-site repair/replacement.

Please exercise caution and choose your products carefully, as we cannot guarantee compatibility due to hardware and software compatibility/conflict issues. If a component is found to be incompatible, it does not necessarily mean it is faulty.

It is your responsibility to back up your data. Failure to do so may result in the loss of valuable information. Please note that the assessment and/or repair of an item may result in the loss of data. We are not liable for any damage or loss of programs, data, or other information stored on any media contained within electronic or computing products.
